Tickets Policies
- All sales are final and non-refundable; tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Ticket prices are the same for all ages.
- Daily Ride Wristband price is variable. If you are unable to come on your selected visit date, contact us before your scheduled visit. No exchanges or refunds can be applied after your scheduled visit date and will be forfeited.
- Any MyBoardwalk Cards and Season Passes that were purchased online and not picked up will be mailed to the purchaser at the end of each year.
- MyBoardwalk Card Paid Points can be used for individual rides, arcades, midway games attractions, food and retail. Bonus Points are not valid for food or retail.
- Park Operations are cashless. Cash is ONLY accepted at Ticket Booths, Guest Services, Season Pass Office and MyBoardwalk Kiosks.
- Tickets are not valid if altered.
- Tickets cannot be resold.
- Rides, shows, attractions, and operating days and hours are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Should the rides close the day of your scheduled visit (due to weather or any other reason), your paid Ride Wristband value can be rolled over to another date. Please note: Other dates may incur upgrade fees. Offer not applicable if rides open on your scheduled date.
