When do I receive the bonus?

The $300 bonus will be paid each two-week pay period an employee meets the eligible hours of at least 60 hours/pay period. The bonus will be paid on the payday following the last day of the pay period.  The bonus will be on your regular paycheck.

How much will I get each pay period?

If the eligibility is met, you will receive an extra $300 minus payroll taxes in addition to your regular hourly earnings. The bonus will be on your regular paycheck.

How are the hours calculated?

An employee must work at least 60 hours within the 2 week pay period. For example: in Week 1, the employee works 20 hours and in Week 2, the employee works 40 hours. This would total 60 hours within a two-week pay period.

Is the bonus taxed?

Yes, it will be taxed like regular income on your regular paycheck.

I’m available to work 60+ hours each pay period but I’m not getting scheduled enough to qualify for the bonus.

We appreciate you making yourself available to work as much as possible. There may be times throughout the summer where we cannot offer every interested employee enough hours to qualify for that two-week pay period. Ask your manager if you can be scheduled in another job or department to qualify for the minimum hours. You will continue to be eligible for other pay periods.

What if I’m scheduled to work 60 hours or more in a two-week pay period but I get sick, have to miss work and don’t reach 60 hours for that pay period?

Only hours worked will count toward the bonus. Regular, overtime and double time will count towards hours worked. Sick pay, PTO or supplemental sick pay will not qualify.

Will I still qualify for a bonus if I have a COVID-19 exposure at work and am forced to quarantine at home?

Only hours worked will count toward the bonus. Sick pay, PTO or supplemental sick pay will not qualify. If you have to stay home you may not qualify for that pay period but you could for future pay periods.

I believe I have qualified for a bonus check but did not receive one.

Please contact [email protected] and we will research your concern. All bonus checks will only be issued on regular paydays.
