Every day that the park is in full operation, a special guest is selected to ceremonially open the park in front of the Giant Dipper! This special guest is given a coveted “Guest of the Day” button to wear, which unlocks exciting enhancements, park perks and discounts throughout their visit for the day.

How did the Guest of the Day Start?
The Guest of the Day program started in 2019 as a way to show appreciation to you, our beloved guests. Each full operating day, a Guest is either nominated by their family or friends or selected from the Giant Dipper queue to officially open the Boardwalk and receive special Guest of the Day perks.
