Registrations and Release Forms must be received by Friday, September 25, 2015.

Registrations are not confirmed until full payment and signed release forms are received.

Event wristbands, T-shirts, and other purchased options will be delivered during check-in.

$10 Late Fee per person for registrations received after deadline date.

$5 Late Fee will apply per Release Form received after September 25, 2015.

Would your Pack or Troop like to participate in the Evening Program with a skit, song, oath or pledge? (Please Note: The first 8-10 Troops/ Packs to submit their interest will be invited to perform for Evening Program. Troops/ Packs will be chosen based on dates of registration received.)


Saturday Morning Sand Castle Competition Sign-Up

Sand Castle teams will be limited to the first 25 teams in each of the categories (Tigers/Webelos, Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Parents).

Each team cannot have more than 10 participants. Packs/Troops may have more than one team. Pack/Troop number will be your team name. You will be notified the week before the event with a confirmation if your Pack/Troop will be included in the competition. Sign-ups must be made in advance.
